The first build: inventory, GST billing, accounts, reports and encrypted backups, all working without a connection.
Inventory
- Products, categories, brands and units, with SKU and HSN codes.
- Append-only stock ledger with weighted-average costing and reorder levels.
- Stock adjustments, and a rebuild that recomputes cached figures from the ledger.
Billing and accounts
- GST invoicing with automatic CGST/SGST or IGST from the customer's state code.
- Retail and wholesale price tiers; credit and debit notes.
- Cancel and correct a voucher — stock and payments reverse in full, the number stays consumed.
- Receipts and payments allocated against specific invoices.
- Invoice printing at A4, A5, 80mm and 58mm.
Reports
- Sales and purchase registers, GST summary, receivables, payables, profit and day book.
- CSV export for every report, plus GSTR-1 (B2B, B2CS, HSN) and GSTR-3B in the portal's layout.
Data safety
- Automatic AES-256-GCM encrypted backups, with an optional copy to a pen drive or network share.
- Weekly verification that decrypts the newest backup and runs an integrity check.
- Staged restore applied at next startup, keeping the previous database alongside.
- Optional encrypted backup to your own Google Drive.
